Joining the credit union is easy. Open your savings account with a minimum $5 deposit. It couldn’t be easier to enjoy the many benefits of our credit union!

Fill out our Online Application and submit it, along with the required items listed below.

Whether online or in person – you must have the following documents available for upload via your computer/smartphone or a physical copy of these items if you join in person.

It is important that ALL of the following items for EACH person on this account are submitted with the application. Note that for applications done via regular mail or in person, all signatures must be notarized if not signed in the presence of a credit union employee.

  1. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION – A non-expired, government-issued identification, such as a state-issued driver’s license, state-issued identification card, military ID, or US Passport (an account for a minor would require a copy of their social security card).

  2. PROOF OF RESIDENCE (If different from address on ID) – We require two forms of proof of residence. These may include a recent residential phone bill in your name, a recent residential utility bill (i.e. water, gas, electricity, cable), etc.

  3. MINIMUM INITIAL DEPOSIT – Savings Account $5. If you are applying by mail, do not send cash – send only a check or money order made payable to TruService Community Federal Credit Union. For those members joining online, you must submit a voided check from your current checking account for the initial deposit to be taken by ACH transaction!

Eligibility Requirements

Need to know if you are eligible for membership? If any of the following criteria apply to you then, you are eligible to join!

  • You live, work, worship, attend school, participate in programs to alleviate poverty or distress, or participate in associations headquartered in; and businesses and other legal entities, incorporated and unincorporated organizations located in, or maintaining a facility located in:

  • Arkansas, Cleburne, Conway, Faulkner, Grant, Jefferson, Lonoke, Monroe, Perry, Prairie, Pulaski, Saline, Van Buren, White or Woodruff County in Arkansas.

  • You own a business and other legal entity located in the counties listed above.

  • You are the spouse of an eligible person who is now deceased.

  • You are an employee of the credit union.

  • You are an immediate family member or live in the household of an eligible party.

  • You are retired as a pensioner or annuitant from the above employment.

  • volunteers in the community.

  • Organizations of such persons.
