At TruService the role of the loan processor is vital to the credit union. You are responsible for building relationships to improve the financial lives of our members.         

Loan processors perform duties associated with taking consumer loan applications in person, by phone email, etc. As a loan processor you will interview applicants, obtain necessary information about their request and recommend additional services that will enhance the applicants experience. After the initial interview, you will input data into the system, calculate income, payments and ratio’s to ensure the applicant qualifies for the loan requested within established policies and procedures. Additional duties will include preparing documents for the loan process, promoting credit union services and other duties consistent within the lending area.
