TruService is looking for team members that are excited to serve our members and community.

As a Member Service Representative, you will perform duties associated with accounts including deposits, withdrawals, research, e-services including remote deposits, internet and mobile banking, cards and other products associated with our accounts. These will be performed face to face, by phone, email, and text. As a MSR you will obtain necessary information about the request and recommend additional services that will enhance the member experience and build relationships while working within established policies and procedures. Additional duties within the department regarding credit union services consistent within the retail area.         

This position is full-time at our Little Rock location and part-time at our North Little Rock location.

Call Center Specialist

The Call Center Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for members by phone, email, fax, and voicemail. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, processing account transactions, supporting electronic banking services, opening new accounts, resolving member issues, and promoting credit union products and services.

This position is full-time at our Little Rock location.
