On the go and need access to your TruService Community Federal Credit Union accounts? TruService Mobile gives you the power to access your account information from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day.


Mobile App Services at TruService

With TruService Mobile, you can check your account balances, view transaction history, transfer money between your accounts, and even deposit a check, all from your smartphone or tablet!

TruService Mobile can be downloaded to your phone or tablet by visiting the Google Play or Apple App Store and searching for “TruService Mobile”. Watch our demonstration video on YouTube.

REGISTERING YOUR DEVICE

Before accessing the app for the first time, you will be asked to register your device. Choose either the online or email registration option and follow the prompts on the screen.

TRUSERVICE MOBILE LOGIN

Members will login to the new mobile app using their NetBranch login credentials. You must enroll in NetBranch in order to use the mobile app.


TruDeposit Remote Deposit Feature

TruDeposit makes depositing checks from your smartphone or tablet a snap! Simply take a photo of your endorsed check and deposit it into any of your TruService member accounts using the TruService Mobile app. You can deposit checks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even when the credit union is closed.

This service is free to eligible TruService members with a savings or checking account. Watch our TruDeposit on YouTube.

USING TRUDEPOSIT (FOR IPHONE, IPAD, OR ANDROID DEVICES)

  1. Click on the Deposit link located in the TruService Mobile App menu options on the upper left side of your screen.

  2. Select the account you wish to deposit to.

  3. Enter the check amount.

  4. Take a photo of the front and back of the endorsed check.
    VIEW ENDORSEMENT REQUIREMENTS

  5. Click Next to review your deposit.

  6. If the information on the screen is correct, click Submit to complete your deposit.

  7. Once your deposit has been reviewed, you will receive an email confirming the deposit was made. You will also receive an email should your deposit be rejected for any reason.

  8. Maximum deposit amount is $10,000. Eligibility may depend on Account or Courtesy Pay status. Checks will be placed on a 3-day hold until reviewed. Any deposits made after 5 p.m. will be reviewed the following business day.

Availability of funds subject to Regulation CC and TruService’s applicable funds availability schedule and policies.
